Bought a car in May from HRM motors. Within 20 minutes of driving away the engine management light on and the engine overheated. The steering was shaky but the store closed before I could drive back. Since then the car has lost power. From what I can see, their business model involves buying cars from people and selling them off at higher prices without actually checking what’s wrong with them. When I messaged to get the car repaired under warranty the dealer specified a garage to get the work done at, 50 miles away from where I lived so I wouldn’t have been able to get home. Overall a very shady trader with no morals or integrity

Dishonest, asked about the CO2 figure of a car advertised for sale before I knew I could check on Gov website. They told me the wrong figure, as they knew the higher figure would mean a much higher road tax cost Be careful here!

i took the dealers word that this was a nice car and it turned out to be just that,the dealer delivered it to me and was very polite,the car i have had for 3 months now and its a dream,and just out the blue all the paper work and manuals turned up which was a nice suprise,very good and honest dealer.
