HQ Tiling have been absolutely outstanding in every aspect you'd expect from a professional company like themselves. We first made contact before the first lockdown, and at the time we had just reserved a new-build property in Telford. Due to restrictions and COVID delays, our new home wasn't finished until mid-December. During these delays, Csaba was very understanding when we had to set-back the start date several times, and was also very supportive with any queries we had about the project/works we needed them for. The job we hired them for was to install electric underfloor heating which was split into two zones on the ground floor of our home, plus supply and fit all materials including the Porcelanosa tiles themselves. Throughout the entire time Csaba and his operatives were in our home, they were professional, clean and tidy, and very punctual - having to work late into the evenings to ensure the least disruption to our family was also undertaken without consideration or hesitance. Their attention to detail was very reassuring, and we are over the moon with the finished result! I took photos throughout the project so we can look back at the house once we've completed all of the works we have planned. We have also asked them to come back to carry out more works to the walls in the kitchen so look forward to welcoming them into our home in the near future. Thanks again, Rob, Cat & Family. So glad we found Csaba, what a professional !! He is so passionate about his work and such a pleasure to do business with. Our en suite proved to be a very awkward room to tile, the walls were very uneven and we ran into a problem with a leaking shower pump half way through the job.
