We booked a meeting room for 3 days. First time at this location. The positives : the reception staff are great: friendly, helpful, accomodating. First room we were in was reasonably large. Comfortable for the 2 of us, but could be ok for 4 for shorter meetings. The not so good: Main issue was the room wasn't lockable (no lock on the door at all). We asked to move to another room, so we could leave our bags/equipment when going for lunch etc. Only available room was smaller (much narrower - could seat 4 people working side/side but not great for a meeting). The room still wasn't self-lockable , so we had to ask reception to lock it each time we stepped out for a coffee. The building itself wasn't particularly secure. For the first two days we were there, the card reader on our floor was disabled so anyone from the street could just walk in. On the last day, card reader was active. Overall, we would use this location again, but only if we could confirm the meeting room we were using could be secured.

I was interested in an office space in the historic Soho Square and came by to inquire at the reception desk. I didn't even bother walking through the front door. The entire entrance to the building was obstructed by a massive pile of loose waste and bin bags. Regus employees were smoking next to it, finishing their coffees and discarding their waste directly onto the street before heading back inside. I was entirely put off and disgusted by the lack of civil respect shown by people working there.

The training room provided here was perfect for our needs. Their flexibility & service was impressive. Nothing was too difficult for the staff involved in setting up the room and the facilities were modern, clean and well equipped. I would recommend this to anyone looking for flexible office solutions.
