This review relates to Supic Company Ltd, who it appears rents space at this location. This company, runs an online shoes retails business, under the name of STUNAHOME. On the face of it, it looks good, UNTIL you buy something. Their customer service is non existent, they refuse to refund and prefer to exchange. They take your money without delay. My advice- BEWARE, use this company at your own risk ! The Company who owes this location has responded- Thank you. However, I point out that Supic Company Ltd is Registered at Company House under this address. Either Supic Company Ltd are not telling the truth or the owners of this address do not vet their clients?

horrible HQ receptionist. Came for a dr appt (clearly ill) was told I couldn’t sit in reception chairs to wait - I had to go outside in freezing weather (despite 6 chairs and no one using them).

Very unpleasant receptionist- came with my mother in law who had a test to support and he told me to leave - bare in mind winter season outside I asked to sit in reception he told me in an aggressive manner to leave. Very disgusting and appalling customer services. He told my mother in law in a very rude way turn off her phone.

I was waiting for the receptionist to rent an office for the day, tried to plug my phone in while waiting and was reprimanded by a very rude and aggressive woman called Pauline, who wouldn't give me her position within the company. Very unpleasant experience and an impression of a very unprofessional way the centre is run. Avoid!

No air conditioning whatsoever in any of the meetings rooms, not even ventilation. We had to prop open a tiny window with a hand santiser bottle before we asked Regus to cancel our booking for the day because the room was uninhabitable.

We are having a fantastic experience at HQ. We moved into HQ, Kings Cross in March 2022. James Singh from the sales team helped us find the right fit and the team at HQ,KX especially Louise Kelly from the centre team have really made us feel welcome and helped us settle in. She is very responsive to our needs and has quickly actioned on the moving in niggles. If you are looking for a place in Kings Cross I would highly recommend checking out HQ.
