I've used a variety of their services including installation, PA Hire with technical support and dry hire, and on every occasion, they've been superb. The equipment is top notch and in perfect condition, the technical staff are extraordinarily knowledgeable, but what I find most useful in an industry sick with ego, is that they have none! Where they could lord over us eejits with their superior knowledge and experience, they do not. In fact, quite the opposite, they can't seem to do enough to help, even offering to get me a cup of tea at my own event that I was stressing over! I can't praise them highly enough. Needless to say, they are the ONLY company I would ever consider using. Save yourselves a considerable amount of stress and use HPSS.
