It is the second time we have used HPS to clean a large resin bonded driveway (10 years old) and the first person to visit thought we had laid a new driveway! Comes up looking like new and the attention to detail is fantastic . Dan and his team do an excellent job and communication throughout is seamless. Highly recommend HPS if you need works done in the Hertfordshire area.

Used these guys for an end of tenancy clean because they were recommended by Berkeley Homes. I have a feeling money changed hands for that recommendation. They disposed of 2 full sets of bedding that belonged to the landlord and some personal items that I had asked the cleaners on the day not to throw away. I’m guessing that although they said “OK”.. they didn’t understand because they didn’t have a good grasp of English. The cleaners also put 2 dents in the walls while carrying around their Henry hoover I’m guessing. Management refused to accept any responsibility at all. Cleaning wasn’t even that good.

This is a terrible company deceitful unprofessional. Amanda in the Birmingham branch is argumentative unhelpful and a liar. I'm going to post up all our interactions so that you can see what your dealing with Amanda including the request to be paid on time; Good afternoon My name is Jermaine Thomas I have worked for your company since the 22/11/2021. I completed 50hours of work at a rate of £10 per hour. I was told that my pay date would be the 15th of each month (15/12/2021, 15/01/2022 etc.) However as of 3:10pm 15/12/2021 my wages are not in my account. I am contacting you now as this still should give you reasonable time to amend any error and allow for me to be paid today. Failure to pay wages for work done counts, in law, as an unauthorised deduction from wages. I have tried to contact Amanda who works in your Birmingham branch however she has chosen to ignore my what's app messages and phone calls. Any vetting should of been completed before I had completed over 148 hours work for your company?
