I tried to change a faulty rear headlight on my 997.2 myself and after unscrewing the lamp couldn't detach the electric cable. Googled for a nearby garage and found HP Porsche on my doorstep, they kindly helped me with this problem free of charge - thanks so much :) Glad to have found this porsche specialist nearby and will definitely come back to them for repairs and servicing. so I went to this place cos I thought they were a porsche specialist but this place done unnecessary work charging 180 for a hour but not even doing a good job I went cos I heard a little rattle which was a brake caliper spring other than that I was happy this place told me 40 on the phone and wen I got der 95 +vat then said if I do the work with them the 95 is off the final bill... but this is after saying 2 days the most at first he will have my car and had my car a full week.. everything jus changes with this place and then they changed suspension arms which they said I needed... wen all I wanted was the brake caliper spring removed which the technician done in 5mins after I paid and the noise was still there... they tried to make out thats all they could do but then I went to speak to the technician cos I was really unhappy the only reason i brought it here had not even changed the noise was the same... he told me he was sorry for the 750 bill he was misinformed about the problem like I said he done it in 5mins... so this place charged me 750 and done unnecessary work and wen I put it on another ramp at another garage this place welded parts they broke while doing the unnecessary work on my car snd didn't even tell me I had told them about it I will update what they say.. they claim the car had problems but it wasn't welded at the bottom on the piece which holds the suspension the wheel could fall off any moment this place put my life in danger with this kinda work.. look at the pictures I took after the work which was priced at 750... put my life in danger and costly future damage to my car... tried to say my car had problems I just got it 2 weeks before a 2015 macan whatever problems they claim this car had they are the only place to touch the suspension and look how they left it.. seals off breaking parts and welded without informing me cos you can't change the suspension without touching these parts and I saw the bottom of my car before it went into this place.. claiming in there reply to repaired the noise they repaired the noise with 750 pound of unnecessary work and the technician done it in 5mins now I have more problems because of the quality of the work disgusting but let's see how it's handled I will update this review. thanks *update after denying it for weeks they said bring it down to look at it but its a case whether your fixing it or nor they jus kept sending the same email u can bring down for a look so they never agreed to fix the damage they caused plus if the garage is gonna break stuff and glue it back and not tell me I'm not taking my car there again lost my confidence in this place as a garage or as decent people.. beware its disgusting behaviour can't put trust in a place that try and hide their mistakes which could have cost my life awful customer service and overall service -5 rating the pictures prove everything I see they try deny it in their response im trying to get legal advice and take this to trading standards Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment
