I called HP electrics when I had a problem with my bathroom light, the gentleman was very polite and professional on the phone and made me feel at ease, he diagnosed the problem over the phone which I was impressed with, he then arrived within 30 minutes, and the problem was as he stated on the phone - at this point I thought he REALLY knows hes stuff, when dealing with electrics, you want someone knowledgeable.
