I would have given no star if I could. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!! The doctors are unprofessional, rude and do not help you medically. I sent photos over of my mum fingers as she has a skin condition and they said they can help and to go into clinic. My mum went , she had to pay £175 even before she saw a doctor and the treatment they used on her has made it worse on her skin. I have asked for a full refund as my mum was so stressed out and unhappy, they agreed they would but its been weeks and nothing. I am now taking this further and I have contacted my solicitor now to take legal action. We have been treated unfairly and we have been lied to. I don't even believe they are trained doctors. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!! Please confirm how I was abusive??? Wow so now I'm mental. A very professional response from a supposedly profession doctor. Hopefully everyone will see this and not come to such a horrible doctor. You should be shut down. Your have no care or customer edicate nor can you help clients medically. Biggest fraud I've ever come across

I approached HP dermatology for removal a large pedunculated keloid, and was referred to Ben. A warm knowledgeable practitioner, he put me at ease immediately and advised how he could help. Whilst the treatment at times was painful, I am happy to say I have walked away very happy, minus the keloid with no scarring nor any painful injections/cutting. An amazing service and clinic that I will rcontinue to recommend moving forward. THANK YOU!!!!
