Did a great job repairing my favourite boots and finished much quicker than they initially expected as they were short staffed. I went in to replace the bottom of the heel but they pointed out that the front of the boots were also wearing out, however they didn't pressure me to get it all fixed at the same time, just highlighted that it would need doing eventually as I had said how much I like the boots. I chose to get it all done at the same time. Wore the boots to a gig that night and they survived the dance floor/mosh pit!

Unprofessional communication. I went in to enquire a price for my leather belt to be replaced. The don't stock any leather to show you what the options are, and suggested he will use a nasty offcut which was marked with stains on it. When I said this doesn't look great, he responded with it won't be this it will be another "Do you know what I'm saying" . £120 cash for an offcut replacement of cheap leather.Completely could not be bothered, horrible customer care. What a farce and utter waste of time.

Hoxton Shoe Repairs restored a pair of old, yellowing sneakers for me to brand new condition. Upon picking the shoes up, I was told that they had undergone the cleaning process four times in order to maximize the restoration. Because the shoes are made from a knit material, I was worried they would be damaged in the cleaning process, but Hoxton Shoe Repairs did a fantastic job. This is the place to go for shoe repairs of any type, and I’m grateful they put such time and effort into bringing the shoes back to life.
