the gentleman that assisted me was very kind and helpful on all 3(?) of my visits. i bought 6 sample pots altogether and then a 5L tin of the 2 colours i finally decided on. on the first visit he explained how the paint mixing service works and the different finishes of paint available. i was very pleased with my experience at this store and if i decide to paint more rooms in my house this is where i will go to purchase them. i was also happy to know that dulux have a recycling facility if you return your sample pots of paint to them. you can be refunded the cost of one sample pot against the price of one large tin of paint. but if you bought a ton of samples like i did they can also be returned and recycled.
