This company should be avoided at all coasts, the work and their workers are first class but the two men that own the company are not true to their word especially Sam, aftercare service is non-existent, promised to repair their own work and give guarantee, guarantee never materialise and Sam never answered his phone after cancelling three appointments to complete repair, meaning I lost many days works and had to pay again for work to be completed. Such a shame as I really beloved he was a nice gent as I say the main workers Mark and Gez were exceptional.

At first I was very impressed with Howlett paving, the work was brilliant and the communication was excellent. Little did I know the communication was only good until the company got their money!! I stupidly paid before the job was fully complete and despite promising me for 2 days running that someone will be over to complete the job, no one has turned up!! I had other commitments which I cancelled to be home for Howlett to be here. Not only has no one bothered showing but the owner of the company no longer answers his phone!! I also don't have my guarantee paperwork! Even if I did have the paperwork the fact that this company cannot even finish the job and/or no longer answer my calls makes me wonder if the 'guarantee' they provide is even worth anything!!
