This is the absolute worse company I have ever had the displeasure of liasing with. Anything reported won't be looked at for 6 months , and will try to blame plumbing issues out of your control on tenant and ask for payment - also while leaving you with no toilet or shower facilities for a week and a half so far... wouldn't ever recommend
