Matt has been brilliant, I set up a new pond at the beginning of this year and purchased a new self clean filter. A complete novice with this filter and how it works, Matt has helped me every step of the way. He has gone above and beyond with his never ending knowledge, I am surprised he hasn't blocked my number!!! Would recommend 100% - prices are also very reasonable.
