Can't fault these guys customer service second to none had an issue with my bait boat and wanted to change receiver I drove 4hrs to the shop guys told me it would be two weeks to wait for my boat then asked if I could hang around and he would fit my boat in then and there to save waiting and paying shipping fees greatly appreciated. Top notch products top notch service would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Tom at Howes! I had an issue with my echo sounder on my lake reaper bait boat. Tom answered all my questions and try to diagnose the fault online, when he couldn’t get to the bottom of the issue he sent me (free of charge) a new unit. Tom also arranged for the faulty parts to be collected from me. The lake reaper bait boat has performed perfectly for me on lakes from 200 acres to 2 acres. It’s manoeuvrability is brilliant for snaggy situations as it’s ability to tow rigs to 180 yards in a 20 mph southerly. I can’t recommend Howes and the lake reaper bait boat highly enough.

Pop,d in to howes today to buy some model railway carriges. Ended up buy,n a loco and track. I was met with a great reception and very helpful staff. Nothing was any bother for the boys on the desk. I will definitely use this shop again. 5 stars.

Was told when we brought a RC boat for my little boy that they buy boats back but just been told that because it’s brushed that they won’t buy it back, what the bloody difference the guy didn’t seem interested at all and was quite rude about it, shame on you because we have used this model shop for years and will no longer be a returning customer. I hope your staff see this message and do a good will gesture. Absolutely ridiculous to be told at point of sale that we could return it and now to be told that we can’t. Make your rules up as you go along why don’t you 😡😡

Positive experience today - apparently they don't hold spares for Hornby, but the guy serving found some second hand spares that fitted my bill. In addition supplied a second hand controller that is considerably better than the new controller supplied in the Hornby Valley Drifter set.
