We used HCS for a level 3 homebuyers survey. Natasha provided excellent service throughout in organising everything and keeping us updated. She then accommodated our requests to expedite things as needed. The survey itself was detailed and easy to understand. David, the surveyor, also very kindly provided us with an early summary of the survey so that we could factor this into our purchase. All in all I would highly recommend HCS.

Requested Level 2 Homebuyers Survey. HCS provided competitive quotation and undertook the survey the following week. A very thorough report was produced which highlighted remedial action that may be required to internal and external elements of the house and grounds. Possible area for improvement would be if photos could be provided to accompany the report.
