Oliver was a pleasure to deal with. He was really helpful with the planning of our kitchen, getting everything ordered and made some good suggestions. Oliver came out to the house with our builder, making sure we could fit everything into the kitchen. We ended up buying flooring from here too. We made some changes along the way, which was no problem. Some items were returned, other items bought. We also over ordered on the flooring and there was no issue with returning and getting a refund. Everyone we met at Howdens was friendly, helpful and made it a good experience. Thank you!

Absolutely shocking store! Office staff to warehouse staff were incredibly rude! Shall not be using this branch ever again. I even caught the talk chap in the warehouse slagging me off, the staff need to give their head a wobble!
