Incompetent is an understatement with Nicola the Manager leading the way in constant “meetings”.. The staff she manages are rude, Dishonest, Disrespectful and lazy.. A simple product return turned into a heated debate on the shop floor in front of customers can you believe!! I have never experienced such bare faced lies back to back in particular from Shaniene “Asistant Manager” I’ve been a customer of Howdens with no issues for many Years and with great satisfaction this Howden store does not deserve to have the Howdens brand above the shop door.. I have a picture below of how I received a product then when ask for it to be replaced lied to by Shaniene “assistant manager” and told there was no more in stock.. When I arrived at customers house we opened the packaging to reveal outrageous scratches on the work top for Shaniene to say “it happened in transit” That’s 10 minutes from depot to job.. Come on!!! Please be aware of this store they really do not put the customer first.. Please understand this was a simple return on a work top that cost £175 can you imagine if it was a more significant item..

Rude unhelpful staff!! Do not shop here unless you want to be spoken to like rubbish called a Lair and told you damaged an item that you clearly didn’t! No customer service skills what so ever!! Especially Shannine the assistant manager! Paying customers should not be spoken to in this way and there is a level of customer service to be expected!
