we have had the most excellent service from Brad at Taunton. We visited your showrooms just looking as we were unsure what car we were actually thinking of buying. He was very patient and never once did we feel he was pushing for a sale. But after nearly 2 hours, we had decided on our car and we agreed to purchase a Citroën C3. 2nd Visit to order new car, I choose my dealership on not just the car but the salesman down to the service department and Howard's Citroen in Taunton has never let me down. Put it this way they (Simon) have had 2 additional sales to family due to the excellent service we have had over the last 3 years. Can't rate them highly enough. 1st Visit Friendly, helpful and reassuring as I'm someone who was and still shielding. Felt very happy with covid measures in place and that despite covid they are happy, helpful and as great as ever.
