    I rented a property through a high street letting agent and although the property wasn't ready to move into, I believed that it would be. A month on I'm being asked to pay rent without any of my issues being resolved. No TV aerial or reception. Washing machine not working. Window onto street doesn't close or lock. Property in a grubby state as witnessed by the inventory report. Landlord and property management either unwilling or unable to offer any help! This rental experience has been a disaster from the start.
