I've been using Howard the Sweep for a few years now. Trevor is always friendly and professional. He always takes his time to do a very thorough, highly quality job and you always feel well looked after. He's always happy to do little extra bits of maintenance on our log burner as well as cleaning and inspecting the chimneys, and takes the the time to explain everything and give advice. He always leaves everything very clean and tidy. Last year, he was very busy and was booked up for months ahead, so I used a different company. Their price was similar, but the the service was distinctly underwhelming by comparison. This year I waited for Howard the Sweep and he spotted a problem with the chimney pot that the other company missed last year. I won't be using anyone else again!
