The rear tyre on my BMW RT picked up a puncture in Manchester, some 200 miles from home. Not knowing the mororbike shops in the area, I called the BMW dealer first, where I managed to speak to the receptionist but no service; no help!! I then called other local shops, some of whom helpfully informed me that if I took the wheels off my bike, they could help me! I then spoke to Dave at Howard & son. They came out immediately, collected me and my bike and fitted new Bridgestone BT023's immediately. The tyres were fitted well, with no damage to the wheels and they even replaced a valve cover that was missing on the front wheel. The service was excellent and enabled me to carry on my journey. The only hold a limited range of tyres in stock so check this. Howard & son was the only motorcyle shop that I called that were willing to help me. They did a very good job and I highly recommend them.
