I chose Howard Naish because during the initial consultation they were really informative and genuine. They helped me to choose what floor to go with, and were patient with my indecision! They provided samples of the wood so I knew exactly what I was getting. I thought the price was fair and good value. During the installation, I felt completely comfortable giving Luke keys. Luke also helped to tidy the cables away whilst he was installing the floor. I am really happy with the end result. My floor looks fantastic, exactly as I had imagined. Luke, Dean and their team did a fantastic job of flooring all 3 levels of our newly-renovated home. They were professional, worked hard and communicated very well with us throughout the process. They also dealt with working around the onsite building team with no fuss or complaint, even though I am sure it was not easy at times. The team's work is excellent and we are thoroughly pleased with our new oak flooring. Highly recommended!

The whole process was relatively quick install and a lot of care has been put in to details around the edges and doorways. Also appreciate their flexibility working around furniture in a small space.
