I contacted Howard Home Property Services after they came highly recommended by a personal friend. I asked them to replace the floor under my hot water cylinder after the cylinder had split and the leak had caused the floor underneath to bow. The floor had to be replaced at the same time as the old cylinder was removed and this was happening the day after I contacted them. Jamie was able to quote that night and worked alongside the plumber and his own work for the repair to be conducted the next day. Jamie was polite and friendly over the phone and in person. He was also punctual with arriving at the property on both occasions, with completing the required works and sending out the invoice. Jamie’s work was to a high, professional standard and the work came in on the quoted price. I would highly recommend Jamie and I am using him again for another repair in the very near future.
