Court is a very serious matter that can have life changing consequences. Please choose wisely if you value your life. My experience with this company. They give you the best solicitor they have for your 1st time so they can get your money. After that please don’t be surprised if all you receive are trainee solicitors who are scared. They lie, don’t contact you, my solicitor rang me Friday and I was in court Monday so obviously court was a circus show. To make it even worse but I’m not surprised I just found out my case could have been dropped due to late evidence. The worst company ever.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR FREEDOM USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!! Worst representation ever, absolute failure from day one ! (Allow me first to compliment the staff at reception or the phone when you call (simply outstanding, caring friendly and very professional, they are assets to this firm) Further on when you meet Mr. Blout simply a good sales man, after he manages to get you as a customer, he will provide you with any old excuses to avoid communicating with you (funeral, illness, out of office for holidays, gentleman club gathering, charity events, wait and wait no urgency to him for your case, at the end of the day when you receive a reply, it will all be technical to complicate the matter and be very evasive to guide you to the easy way of taking the money from the system (you are simply an asset to get money) and the easy way is plead guilty, it save time for them just to prepare less and simply do it in 10-15 min, you are basically used for money and they do want more criminal more footfall for the big business it is. You will be promised that he will be representing you at MC and CC, however you will never see him again side by side with you, rather he will dispatch any of the newly graduated solicitors un-experienced solicitors (first time standing in front of the judge, nervous, stuttering, no objection, missing skills that you gain from experience)...etc, no advise no prep for my case, every advise given is to drive you to crown court and get the big boys (friends, the circle of trust) more jobs and easy income, no witness was called, simply accept your faith designed and agreed for you sometimes back (all will be a great theatrical show). Avoid and avoid, you will be used and sold, if you don't know the law or from different culture you will not follow and you will be used for your kindness , don't fall to the sales skills, use single solicitors firm or small solicitors from further than Scarborough and York.
