E decks website very good clear. left massage of who to contact and eeluvery instructions. Tuffnels Hopless. this is not the first time they don't call before delivery didn't even call the mobile of the gate just dumped 15 x 4.8. lengths of decking on the pavement outside on a busy road!! Great service. we were advised by a neighbour. e decks needs a better courier

Don't trust in "1 day delivery". Put my order on Tuesday morning today one week later on Tuesday afternoon still waiting for part of my order. Tried to ask by the phone on Friday what's going on. No one pick up the phone, voicemail recorded and still didn't get the answer. Main reason I chosen this company it was fast delivery. So disappointed 😞
