    The first lady at reception wasn't very helpful until I asked to speak with a manager, and then her attitude seemed to change. The manager was so much more helpful she did give her name, but I didn't quite get it. Don't help that I wear hearing aids would be good if they had name cards or gave out cards with their details on?

    Latest horror - tried to make a complaint online as one of their services didnt seem to be working properly, only to find the complaint page wasnt working properly. Cant get through on the phone. Hopeless. I bet if i dealt with the situation myself theyd come down on me llike a tonne of bricks lol. What a joke.

    After purchasing a leasehold flat in a housing solution's building just over a year ago. We are starting to have a pretty bad experience. Every time we have contacted housing solutions regarding communal building repairs. You either get no response or the problem is not resolved despite getting a response. The gutters still leak all round the building especially down are kitchen wall ( causing damp issues ) when it really rain's the down pipe backs up causing flooding on the grass again right against are kitchen wall. The windows in the property are in terrible condition ( contributing to damp) I wish to replace the windows at 100 percent my cost. I have tried to seek permission to do this and got no response. It seems we pay a service charge thats is always far more than what is estimated. So somebody can vacuum a communal hallway once a month and cut a 10sqm patch of grass in the summer. If somebody could get in touch about the issues listed above. That would be great. Update. I'm still waiting for the reply you have promised in your reply. I have called you twice since leaving this review waited 40 mins on hold on one occasion. Was given a reference number told i would be call back same day. Was not. Called a second time was told a roofing contractor would be in touch. They have not. If are property Wasn't being damaged by a blocked downpipe and a leaking gutter Eveytime it rain's. Your abysmal service could be excused

    Contacting housing solutions is no longer fit for purpose. Older generations don't know how to navigate the website. I don't know how to navigate the website. The website is not fit for purpose. You get one star for having a website I can't use and a useless telephone number.

    I gave it 3 stars because their online chat and emergency repair are VERY GOOD and responsive. When I complained about the cleaning they rectified it and the always broken lift gets fixed same day. However I've had the same repair of my door frame since Feb 2022, I've been seen by 4 different people all promising to return. Appointments cancelled, freezing winter because of it newborn baby in November 2023 and the problem is getting worse. Still not fixed and 2 more Appointments since November 2023 cancelled. Incredibly disappointing.
