Usually the duty team for care leavers are alright but today I was talking to a lady who couldn't handle a simple request of a shopping voucher and getting a member of staff to help me do my student loan form. She said I was asking for too much and usually they stop service for care leavers at 21.

I have booked phoneappointment twice as we will face homeless soon. And both times Homeless team didn't called me back. The first time they can't get in contact with us called some numbers that did not belong to us, which even if they were ours 5-7 years ago, although they must have right number because I reported it when I made the appointment. And yes they found it and called us in last moment when it was too late for appointment. Our appointment was rescheduled for another day and again did not called back as it turns out that someone made a mistake in reserving our second appointment.it makes me think that no one was going to call. That all this is a theater and a quest. Those who have the strength and health to go through to the end. Who will not go crazy and commit suicide. They may get the help they counted on.

A lot of people should not be employed here. Negligence, dismissive of mental health and no care in the world for vulnerable people. I can’t believe that I got forced out of a place that is supposed to help people that have nowhere to go. My son and I have been kicked out of the centre and our suitcases got dragged out. Unbelievable service horrible horrible way to deal with people. We are not allowed to enter we are only allowed to stay in this mid section.
