Don't bother with your case if you have Matthew Kerr he basically ignored important evidence I sent him and has now allowed my local council think they can get away with dangerous works that can cause death to me and my daughter either by fire or Electric shock throughout the case he ignored my calls, he ignored emails and evidence I may have well been talking to a brick wall he shouldnt be allowed to investigate case if he cant handle them properly and if he ignores evidence provided he has messed my case up from the start, I called the ombudsman twice over the last couple of day and was told my case was still open yet today he's emailed to say "Please refer to our previous response to your service complaint (attached). This service is absolutely brilliant. They thoroughly investigated the problems I was having and came to the conclusion I had not been treated fairly. The level of detail they put into the investigation is somewhat surprising. They're work ethic is amazing. I was a bit skeptical about using this service looking at the other reviews but I have to say they were outstanding. I will definitely recommend anybody using this service as it's a free service and they're totally committed to investigating your claims. In my opinion there 100% fair to. Thank you Housing Ombudsman.😇👍

Waste of time sending email with evidence of discrimination. In my opinion they side with Bromford Housing Association claiming they can not stop these landlords being ableist. Ridiculous organisation.

Just another part off this corrupt country and system. Nearly every case that get made to these people are rejected talking around 85% then you are advised to make a complaint to try get the decision I over turned. But then your complaint is sent to just another person in the same office, so as we all know they all work together and it mean it's impossible to ever win a complaint/dispute. Just corrupt organization stealing tex payers money for doing very little to no work and not acting at all in the publics best interest at all. Ombudsman are just theirs stealing our hard earned money

Absolutely useless, waste of time. They take ages to take their decision. They've issued my landlord with a determination letter and asked them to carry out repairs 8 months ago and the landlord is ignoring them too. This service should be scrapped!
