Rude staff. Apalling lack of repairs. The place is not fit for purpose and should be closed. Absolute disgrace. If this was a private business they would go bust. They don't deserve 1 star!

No stars for no professionalism. making me choose 1 star to post. Bins are overflowing and there are now rats in the communal area, dozens of weekly complaints brushed aside. BLAME THE CUSTOMER, appears to be the councils mission statement.
