0- This place is embedded with institutional racism and discrimination against women. I believe this charity should not be allowed to continue their services. Completely agree with all the comments below about this charity, it’s a scam. save yourself and go to other charities such as St Mungos, Advance or Crisis/Streetlink, Shelter they are the real charities that care about people and the service they provide. None of the staff know what they are doing and I have experienced this firsthand.

In all honesty this charity isn't a charity I find it hard to believe they do the work of good for people....total dysfunctional work settings with...zero empathy or understanding towards their tenants, staff changes all the time...with no one to call....main office closed housing officer unavailable...rent increase service charge through the roof....zero chance of exchange unless you have 10 kids or death don't mean to sound blunt.....but this charity is useless....you got mould, leaks, plumbing, broken doors, chipped walls, lifted floor tiles, anti social behaviour, littering, fly tipping, any issues You waiting months..very poor management of tenant's records you reports issues it dissappear emails get lost or redirected to HFW junk mail I reckon...zero communication I wonder if this company actually has a office. What a shame, HFW are robbing us of a standard of living....ignoring tenant's needs not meeting basic health and safety regulations the list is endless if you can get out run.....trust me HFW need to be investigated

Absolute shambles and disgraceful service. They have breached the tenancy agreement multiple times and neglected their residents at Ibrahim. Conditions are extremely poor and they have broken the law on health & safety issues. There are many structural disrepairsand defects that have not been fixed for years. Not sure about other homes they own but the one we are in is unsafe for human habitation and should be demolished. They should rehouse all residents here into safe accommodation.
