Careful of those people, they came to my house and stole two AirPods and started getting defensive when I approached them. Criminals will not get far.

Aaliyah or something like that on so called helpline on 21st of April at 17.15, named himself a 'Senior adviser', was exceptionally rude, didn't read what I wrote repeatedly, asked again, wasted my unpaid time. Such persons shouldn't serve clients in civilised countries. And as he knew very well what he has done, he did run away before I could value his (un)service as it is asked. How such person are aloud to work here??? First of all we have different understanding about the very basic values as honesty, responsibility, politeness etc ... Aaliyah twice was rude, he behaved towards me like to a rightness slave, like it is his private company, not a slightest smell of civilised behaviour.

I'm not overly happy with the process thus far if I'm totally honest. From being misinformed about how the solicitor would be paid, how slowly my claim is progressing and the minimal feedback. As long as the solicitor gets paid at the end of the day, that's all that counts it would appear.
