I’m very depressed been waiting on band 2 for 3 years can’t get a house. I was very hopeful on this January because I was sort-listed for a property but the housing officer called the property is not ready yet! The end of January 23 new update on council my position gone very behind that I lost my hopes it a joke now I am very stressed I’m living in a one bedroom flat and we’re 5 people with 2 under 5years old children.

Doesn’t care about peoples housing. So I got an email saying I was band 2. Was over the moon. Started bidding straight away. I got a call today to say I was viewing a place and then I got told to take someone off the housing application who was never living with me anyway. So I did. Only to suddenly go back to band 3 and I’m left next to nothing on getting a place. They seem to favour others over me. I’ve been bidding on properties even on band 3 for years and I’m next to nothing to getting a place. The council won’t help anyone. I’m 88 people behind on the bidding list now and they seem to have taken me off band 2 deliberately so I don’t get a place. I don’t know what other people have got that I haven’t. Maybe I have to dye my hair a different colour or change religion or something. They seem to have their favourites. I have known people to get a council place before me and I’m starting to think I have to have a certain look. I refuse to bid any more until I get back to band 2. I don’t feel like wasting my time here. I am going to the papers with these people because they just don’t care.

they are a joke, applied for a property but we then got cut in front because someonje from druids heath wanted the property, but then the property was relisted 3 /4 weeks later and we should have been contacted last time if the other applicant dropped out. contacted the housing and all you get is "sorry nothing we can do, apply to the new listing". the housing are a joke, i dont know why they even bother with phone lines, all the people ever say is that they cant do anything and then they just leave long silence on the phone waiting for you to hang up

I'm outraged with how me an my 2 year old twins have been waiting three months for a property because of repairs. Now we've moved not even been here a week I've had raw sewage coming through my bathroom. Heating not working oh an family of squirrels in my loft ( rang up to be told I've got to go private) this is not over I'll be getting un touch with my local mp councillors an if i have to the papers this is not on
