    My mother lives in a retirement home, when she moved in 5 years ago it was a pleasant well managed place to live. In the last 12 months she has had no security system so she can check whose at the door before she answers, despite promises it is in hand it has now been 6 months and still not working. She had a problem with her smoke alarms, they were going off at all hours of the day and night, my mom had to move out due to stress and lack of sleep and still it took them 5 weeks to sort the issue. So no I don't recommend them at all.

    Housing 21 are ineffective as regards to anti social behaviour we were told to approach the neighbours ourselves can you imagine what would happen we have decided to move so hope this h21 is better managed
