An awful company to deal with and so fundamentally rude. They’ve threatened to send a member of staff around and that they’ll not leave until the police are called - all because of an error on their part with invoicing and because they’ve agreed that because the manager went on holiday that the process was not followed. Quite a shocking experience - there must be better cleaning companies in Woolwich.
