Stag party at The Grange for myself. A lot of time and effort went into organising by everyone involved. Unfortunately on arrival most of the key attributes for our visit were either out of order or non-existent. The house itself was brilliant but the lack of customer service from 'Steve' should be highly considered before booking with them. There has been no refund or even an apology. Additional note for business: There is no point in renting a holiday home out for enjoyment when you plaster every wall with warnings of fines i.e. £500 for each noise complaint..

Booked a stag do at The Grange and all was well until 24 hours prior. I called the house manager to confirm the final details and was told that the hot tub was out of action. Unfortunately finding this out 24 hours prior to arriving with 16 other guests was far too late to reschedule. During our stay everything was amazing apart from the lack of hot tub, bbq and tennis court (the latter of the 2 did not exist). The house itself was quality!! The problem started when I contacted the house manager asking for recompense for the hot tub not being available. My request and concern was met with dismissal and passive aggression. House party solutions also failed to assist or understand my complaint. What a shame that the management and customer service did not live up to the price paid for our stay.

The grange, Service was disgusting through out Very aggressive emails Advised that the hottub was out of order the night before we arrived with no apology of any kind, no bbq, no tennis court For 5k you'd expect everything to be correct Mainly the service which is the issue..
