I used the online service, which was disappointing. I was sent a substitute product and when I complained, invited to send it back at my own expense for a refund! Delivery was quick and efficient, but that doesn't really count for much if you receive the wrong product. I wouldn't use House of Townend again, not because of the mistake - of course mistakes happen - but because of how they dealt with it, which felt a bit like sharp practice.

If you like been spoilt for choice then this is your place, with wines from, well, anywhere that produces wine and from grapes you've (probably) never heard of, I promise you you will not be disappointed. Oh and the choice of spirits and ports is...just go and have a look.
