Went in for ideas for a dress, knew what I wanted, and said what my budget was. asked if i could go over that budget and said no as we would not pay over £200 ish for a dress I will only wear a couple hours for one night, very abrupt and rude. This man was very rude and came across very sarcastic. Said I’d ideally like the colour light blue in a fitted sort of mermaid dress. All dresses that came out where either dark blues, greys and all flowy which was not at all what I was looking for and said that also.The shop made me very uncomfortable and would not go back here for anything else, felt as though I had to be a certain size to feel comfortable. One woman helping was very very nice and couldn’t do anymore for you! Would not recommend!

A perfect place to get a prom dress, or any dress! They treat you like royalty from the start, they look after you and run around after you finding dresses, helping you with everything. Amazing experience. Well done to all the staff and management. A wonderful experience for my teen daughter on finding her very special prom dress, with lots of laughs along the way. Thank you.

My goodness the man in this place is truly awful, so so rude. Extremely abrasive, especially as we started with a £200 price cap, he then changed his tune when we said we'd look at more expensive dresses at which point he became pushy. Extremely miserable experience for my daughter, got a fabulous dress online instead!

What a wonderful experience at this shop. Went with my daughter and twin grandchildren to get their first prom dresses. Nothing too much bother. No pushey staff. Exceptional choice in all colours and sizes. The girls had such a great experience and came away with beautiful dresses. Highly recommend.
