Absolutely shocking service I had a meeting with Paul where I went out my way to meet him in Stafford, was told he would contact me the middle of the following week. No response then claimed he hadn’t received my E-mail then I re-sent the e-mail which amazingly he received. Then was e-mailed back he would be in touch with me by the end of the week. To this date I still have heard nothing. So for somebody that has been in the business for 20 years has shocking communication skills. The house we were looking to buy has since been sold and several others we have seen. Thanks for your Help Paul I’ll know not to refer any friends or family to this company. I would rate less than 1 but it won’t let you. 🤬😤🤬😤

Fantastic service from Candice! My partner and I had a terrible experience with a previous company when buying our first home fell through. Candice has been fantastic. She completely understood the terrible experience we had with a different company and helped us through the entire process by scheduling any appointments we wanted. The whole team have been fantastic throughout and secured a higher mortgage amount at a better rate that we were able to get on our own. The team work tirelessly to ensure the right mortgage for the applicant. On top of this, they took care of our life insurance, buildings insurance, recommended an excellent solicitor and spoke to estate agents and put in offers for us. All this during a crazy financial period for the country. I dread to think how much harder this would have been without them. They also offer to review mortgage and insurance options down the line at the end of your fixed period or upon renewal. Unbelievable service from an incredible team. Cannot recommend highly enough
