Horrible experience with the company. I ve ordered a white jacket in size 14 and because it was too big I had to sent it back. It took ages to arrive to them and they sent it back to me without even check it. The jacket has the tag attached, is unworn and in the originl package. Nobody is answering to emails eventhough I sent various messages. How can be possible to return an item and after 2 weeks to receive it back, so during this time those 30 return days are flying and they will see, well you see you didn't sent the return in time. No matter how good the products are, I will never order from House of Leather again

I ordered a RAF-style sheepskin which arrived the next day(!) and looked great but I was a little unsure about the size so ordered a larger version to be able to compare the two. This one also arrived the next day, which was pretty damn impressive and I returned the unwanted size about two days later. I received a receipt confirmation as soon as it arrived back at House of Leather and an email to confirm that a refund was being made to my credit card. 5 days later and the refund is there on my card account. Brilliant company, can't fault them, will definitely use again!
