Booked to see Santa tomorrow (15/12) with my family here. Just had an email to say my booking had been cancelled, no explanation or anything. I called to find out why and the guy had no idea so would get someone to call me back. 45 mins later I called again as heard nothing and was told there were no bookings for tomorrow. I have an email of confirmation. I was told the staff have all been cancelled now for tomorrow so they wouldn’t be able to put my booking back on. I was told because I didn’t pay it wasn’t secure but there is no option to pay anyway. I even called immediately after booking as it incorrectly states it’s an hour slot which I thought was great but highly unlikely. I was told then that it would be 15 mins and that the hour was a mistake. Nobody mentioned then about paying just said ok see you on the 15th. What I believe to be the case is that not enough bookings were made so it isn’t worth their while and so I have just been cancelled. It’s my youngest sons first year of understanding Christmas and Santa etc and now at such short notice we can’t take him anywhere. To say I’m annoyed and disappointed is an understatement. Terribly run. Was going to book my other son a birthday party there but won’t be bothering now. Avoid!!!

What an absolutely brilliant night I took my partner, daughter and son in law to the house of horror last night All i can say is that it was even better than i imagined Scary creepy and very jumpy All 12 rooms were very well thought out Amazing attention to detail The staff all looked terrifying in their outfits But BE WARNED ROOM 13 NOT FOR THE FAINT HEARTED my daughter and i went in there We barely survived the ordeal After we had finished we all went into the bar and food area and chatted to all the staff who i must say were all very friendly and chatty A superb night Thank you all guys and girls for an unforgettable experience

Over hyped nonsense. Room 13 is a joke - if you do go, take a spare set of clothes, shoes socks etc. T(You get wet, and if you drive especially make sure you do) 1.5 puzzles to solve, so not much escaping going on there. Disappointing overall, so much potential but not worth the hype.
