Popped into the shop today after finding it on a family holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite most rods being out of my price range! I had a quick look in the museum and would love to have spent more time in there, but with a wife not impressed waiting outside I thought best not. Will definitely go back if I am in the area again.

Entered the shop and museum and the staff must have immediately decided I did not have enough money to bother with. Yes your rods are excellent and expensive but not everyone who can afford them comes in a suit and tie. The museum is completely inaccessible up a very tight staircase. Dear House of Hardy you do realise that the UK has a large number of disabled anglers and making a museum accessible if a must.

Called in here for a look soon after opening. Wow what a lovely shop. Will be calling back in in a couple of weeks to do the museum tour and may treat myself to a new rod and reel. 👌
