Have had a consultation and tried to book an appointment twice over WhatsApp this week. I’ve resent photos and then had no response. A shame as I was excited to book with them but this has put me off totally. I understand being busy but would suggest not using WhatsApp if you can’t keep up with it.

Ive been getting my hair done for the last two years and every hairstylist I’ve had has done an amazing job. Travelling from east to west every two months is worth it. Started out with the LA weave which I loved. The hair stylists do magic. I can wear my hair up and it looks super natural. For the last couple of months I’ve been doing weave with leave out as I wanted a loose curl look and I’m obsessed. I can swim without damaging my hair. Its a great salon with talented stylist and good vibes!!

Very poor customer service & organisation. They will book hair with you and when you arrive, behave like they don’t know what you are talking about. First time getting hair done with them, tapes were badly done and ended up falling apart very quickly. Second time, they lasted much longer, but didn’t end up using the hair I provided due to them forgetting to prepare it properly, ended up receiving their hair which was very bluntly cut and badly blended. It was an absolute mission to try and get it resolved and I ended up requesting a refund. The manager at the time kept debating with me and even tried to give a refund of just £50 despite me spending hundreds! I wouldn’t recommend getting your hair done here. There is no flexibility for customers and some of the staff are very badly organised, rude and poorly trained.

I chose house of hair thinking it would be a luxury experience but it really wasn’t. The hair stylist does not liaise with you on how you want your hair structured and I left the salon unfortunately looking quite stupid, even after specifying what I wanted. I have balding at the sides of my hair meaning I’d require extensions at the top to cover this spot and frame my face with the rest of the hair. Nonetheless no hair was installed. Therefore I left the store with a weave that looked like it was sliding off of my head and added a further emphasis on my bald patches. The hair stylist was also exceedingly aggressive when brushing and straightening the hair and actually ended up braking one of my earrings. The yaki hair is okay but nothing exceptional and sheds a fair bit. However I am used to spending 300 for one bundle, so I suppose you get what you pay for. Layout was okay, the decoration of the store was the best part of the experience. I was only offered a drink once during a 3hour booking. I really would expect staff to go above and beyond to fulfil customers needs if they’re classing themselves as a “premium” service.
