Very noisy & you cannot sleep at night because of the noise in the street from people, cars, buses. Beds are partially comfortable & they want to keep the deposit as much as they could. I guess they spy on you intentionally to open case against you so they can secure the deposit payment. Very disappointing service & never recommends the stay.

Stayed here a few times with my friends and we loved this place! The 1 bedroom apartment was spotless! Super comfortable, cozy and very well equipped.Everything you could need for a short or long stay! Perfectly located - lots of shops around, places to eat and just a short walk from the train station. I do recommend it and my next stay in Reading will be for sure with them!

Stayed over Christmas in City Wall House. Very clean and comfortable apartment, recently refurbished. Equipped with everything what you would possibly need (i.e. all kitchen ware, appliances, sky TV and wifi) so I was fully able to prepare some xmas meals. Great location, in the heart of the town, close to shopping center, pubs and restaurants. Enjoyed my time there and would book again.
