Did not manage to stay here due to miscommunication on the age requirements for the guest but was deeply impressed with the customer service. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Edd Ransom-Coventry, the reservations manager for being so thorough and informative in helping me get through the booking issues. He is a great delight to deal with and would return in the future to book their lovely aparthotels offered.

Guests used our private Heathrow airport transfers to arrive at this location. After dropping off their luggage, they traveled to Highclere castle with the same driver. We offered them a free baby seat. Dropping off and picking up is easy at the main entrance and they have a walk way for wheel chair users. This also useful for the passengers with luggage to roll their bags to the reception instead of lifting them on the stairs. Helpful reception staff.

Lived there nearly a month while working in Reading. Fantastic place to be, nicest apartment hotel we used that summer. They even made allowances to park my motorcycle in the VERY limited parking area. Highly recommended.
