    Absolutely horrible service. I would give zero stars if it was an option. First time I ordered, was guaranteed by eid delivery, it wasn’t dispatched. Tried to contact them, auto reply to email saying communicate thru chat on website. Got to the chat, waiting for 1 hr w the chat open - no reply. Get an email reply to the chat at 2AM saying delay in dispatch and I cld either cancel my order or get a £10 refund for the delay Had a follow up question as this outfit is for a wedding and needed it by a certain date. Wanted to check if it would come by said date - sent email reply to the chat and got automated reply saying reply back on chat service link on email to go to website. Click the link, Go to website the chat service is gone! Checked for 3 days for chat service in website- not there. I emailed again and get a reply saying do not send follow up questions or my query will go to the back of the queue! Then sent a DM on insta saying Chat option not working need to know if my item will get to my by certain date- again auto reply saying they are on a holiday break. I finally get an email saying my item has been sent to the fulfilment centre and i should get a courier number. I waited for 4 days and I didn’t receive any courier number. I email again. I get a reply back after 2 days saying the item wasn’t dispatched and it will be delayed by 3 weeks! By the time I would get it the wedding would be over! I’ve asked for a refund so hopefully I get it within the 14 days they said it would come. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are. Now I have a week to go find an outfit to fit the color theme of the wedding since HoF could not kept their Eid delivery guarantee. Do not order anything from them, especially if you are a bride. The last thing any bride would need is this type of service. Absolutely horrendous! Edit- it is now the 23rd of May- I still haven’t received my refund. Yesterday was 14 working days from when I was emailed that a refund will be issued. I saw the below reply from HoF customer service and I have emailed them and advised they have 48 hours to have the funds returned otherwise I will take them to small claims court. And guess what I get. An automated reply saying they have a high volume of orders, it will take 48 hours to get back..same auto reply I got back last month around Eid Ul Fitr. And they say if it’s urgent use the chat feature on the website. That chat feature doesn’t even show up.

    A company that displays false misleading information on it's social platforms and web page to get orders and people's money. I have chased via emails, insta and now resorting to this. I ordered my "guaranteed eid" outfit which like many of these reviews was never delivered and still has not appeared. Emails are being ignored and so is insta yet the uploads to fool further customs on insta seems to be quite interactive. Arrange my full refund ASAP. My order ref is #44106. You seem to respond to my review yet you haven't refunded me and it's been over 14 days. Return my money instead of uploading new content. Rectify your poor customer service before fooling new custom.

    Extremely unprofessional and very bad customer service. Stitching is not at all as what they claim. Ruined my eid and then didnt even accept the return with store credit because it was one day late. Worst customer service. over priced and a horrible quality. Highly unrecommended.

    I placed an order of 3 outfits and within half an hour decided to cancel as I didn't need them anymore. I kept trying to cancel the order only to be continuously told I have to give the order number and my email...I provided this information at leat 3 times! They also said my email used for ordering was a different one to the one I was emailing them with...again so much confusion. Anyway I finally got a reply saying they cancelled my order and that I would be refunded. However the same day 2 of my items turned up! I then emailed asking how to return the items as I don't want them....Still waiting on a response.

    Terrible service and terrible quality of clothes. The pictures are very misleading to what the product actually is. Because of this, I returned the lehenga I bought as the quality was appalling and very cheaply made. I paid for return and this item was confirmed as received (only after several emails to chase). They said I should receive my refund in a few days. This was the last I heard from them (months ago). I have still not received any of my £280 refund. I have sent several emails to chase and they have not responded at all hence I am hoping to get through here. Would avoid buying from here.

    House of Faiza deserves zero stars. I spent near enough £150 on an outfit which still hasn’t arrived. I’ve constantly chased for an update using the complaints email address quoted from their website, and all my emails have been ignored. I also posted against their instagram pictures asking for an update, but these were swiftly deleted by their admin team because they don’t want potential customers reading negative comments that expose them as a FRAUD. If you read all the negative customer reviews on Google, you’ll note that this company has a habit of taking money from its customers and then failing to deliver the goods. The negative reviews also have the same generic response, which only goes to show this company doesn’t really care about their customers, but rather, filling their own pockets with people’s hard earned cash. My delivery was supposed to arrive a few weeks before Eid, it’s now been a month and still no update. The company refuses to provide a contact number and they’ve ignored every single email. They also provide false tracking numbers for their deliveries, so essentially there is no way of tracking a delayed parcel. Horrific customer service - the company needs to be reported as a scam. I’ve already informed my bank that the payment was fraudulent. I’ve also advised my friends and family to STEER CLEAR. Let’s hope karma is served to these fraudulent cowboys.

    Very unhappy with HoF, I pre ordered an Eid suit and was informed it would require either changing or refunding due to customs ( which I totally respect and understand) and I was happy to switch to an Eid Guaranteed suit. Well the 'Guaranteed' suit never arrived even though I was told it was dispatched and would arrive in a day ( evidently not dispatched). Now the order has been cancelled and the refund is going to apparently take 14 days. I was so excited and really looking forward to the order. Its a shame because I saw other girls on Instagram tag their Eid fits and to be misled is quite unfortunate.

    Terrible service. Eid guaranteed suits delivered after eid. Still haven't received it. I emailed them 3 x and no response. They even blocked me on their insta when i asked if someone could get back to me. Please stay away from such companies. If they cam treat their customers like this, they are not a business you'd want to deal with. It's a shame really as I would have ordered a lot from them. Customer service is abysmal.
