The bigger size there is is a 14-16. Not having bigger sizes in 2023 is unacceptable. And the girls working at the Manchester Arndale shop are just awful, felt judged as soon as I walked to try and see if the bigger sizes would fit me.

I flew to the London store from Ireland to get a specific dress. Although the ladies on the till came across a little bit rude, the girls in the fitting rooms were amazing, especially a lady called Rattan. She was so lovely and tried her best to find the dress i had flown over for in the back (even though i told her the ladies at the till had said they didn't have it) and she actually did find it. With her help, I actually ended up getting a different dress but she, and another lady in the fitting rooms who i didn't end up getting the name of, really made the whole experience amazing! Xx

My friend just underwent the worst incident of racism in her life at House of CB, Arndale where she had been accused of stealing. The sales whose name I believe is Lauren, seeing her leaving the fitting room with only one item (she had previously returned all of the rest), confronted her with much rudeness and superiority and refused to further communicate. When my friend asked "Lauren" to spell her name, once again she responded with "You can just spell it properly", making her racist attitude even more evident. My friend is presently in utter shock and low spirit, and I personally find Ms. Lauren's lack of respect for persons of colour wholly absurd and unacceptable and believe that she shouldn't remain in the service industry. Your business needs to consider and implement more employee training in diversity and equality. It's unfortunate that this has become my friend's initial impression of the UK.
