We had our stairs and landing carpeted , the pricing was very reasonable for such a good quality carpet , the range of colours was extensive and the advice about which was better for our needs and usage was spot on . Dreadful service. Went into the shop looking to purchase 62sq m of LVT. I asked for two samples and anything else that was out there in the colour range I was looking for. They said they would call back. They didn't call so I chased them and advised them how urgent it was as fitter booked for 2.9.19.. Apparently a mix up and they hadn't ordered the samples but said they would. Samples still haven't arrived and no contact whatsoever from the shop. Would highly recommend Jordan at Flooring Superstore in Havant. Excellent service.
