Today was my1st visit to this beautiful shop and it was a lovely experience. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and super helpful. She helped me pick out a lovley candle. And when I told her it was was gift she even included a free gift box so thanks again for that. 😊

Extremely disappointed with the shop and the exchange policy. My husband bought me a candle for Christmas, which was not a scent I liked. I therefore went back to the shop today to exchange it for a different scent. I was informed by the assistant that the shop owner had informed her that he didn't do exchanges and not to accept any. I explained that I had not used it and that the glass jar could be wiped down before displaying again for covid reasons, and all I wanted to do was to exchange it for a different scent. Unfortunately she was unable to do this due to the shop's policy. Needless to say, I was/am not happy as the candle cost £25. Due to this, he has now lost 4 customers (me, my husband, my son and daughter) who always used his shop.

As a person who thought candles were for just women. How wrong was I. Got dragged in by my partner to her excitement. Now it is me who always dragging her her to see the new scents. Great staff and great selection of candles and fragrance oils. A must for anyone who likes candles.
