Update 05/2023... For some bizarre reason they still operate a table service only system. We visited yesterday for a "quick pint" and saw that there was plenty of available seats outside but the sign said to "wait here to be seated". We waited, only to be told to "take a seat anywhere and I'll take your order". What's the point of waiting around to be told to sit anywhere? I can choose to sit anywhere by myself. Why can't we just go to the bar like any other bar/pub/taproom in Sheffield? Unfortunately, on this occasion, we left without a drink. It defeats the object of a "quick pint" when you already know what you want yet have to sit there for 10 minutes while staff members walk by and don't take your order. I just want to call for a beer, order at the bar then enjoy said beer in the sun. If you're going to operate a table service only system, at least be efficient. Original review... Lovely little bar, friendly staff and a good selection of excellent beers. Dog friendly too which is always a bonus in my book. I stopped short of 5 stars for 2 reasons... It's out of the way on an industrial estate so you can't exactly go for a few beers then walk into town or even go somewhere for food then call in for a pint... There's nothing nearby so you have to drive or get a taxi. If you drive, parking is on the road which is very busy with lorries, not ideal. Secondly, there's no shelter outside so if it's raining and you want a smoke/vape, you're getting wet! I recommend the Mango Stingo in my picture, which was delicious. I'd definitely go again, but it would be great if they were located somewhere more convenient.

What a lovely place to drink delicious beer! Normally when a craft beer place is in an industrial zone they are the type of place with uncomfortable benches in a cold shed behind a rolling shutter doors. Not here! You walk in to a welcoming front garden setting and if you don't want to enjoy beers outside (with table service) you can enjoy them inside surrounded by loads of Belgian posters and decorations. Great service and the beers speak for themselves! This is a must go for beet lovers when in Sheffield.

Fantastic beers and loved the tour of the brewery. The only problem was the fact I drank way too much sampling everything. Grimbold was a star and I will definitely be back again (hopefully a little more sober next time) hospitality like this is very rarely seen
